For 30 years, Nittany Mountain Trail Rides has been providing high quality hayrides and horseback riding to central Pennsylvania. As the #1 provider of hayrides in the area, we offer a unique opportunity to board a hay wagon pulled by a tractor into the woods for a bonfire and cookout. Through the fall we welcome private parties, church groups, and Penn State students to take part in this classic fall experience.
Through the warmer months, we offer guided horseback rides through rural PA on our team of Tennessee Walking horses. We welcome all ages and skill levels; our experienced guests will be able to experience both the running walk and canter. During the week, our horses reside at Camp Woodward where we provide hundreds of campers the opportunity to take a break from their training schedules to relax in the country for a one hour trail ride or overnight camping expedition.
